Rental Requirements & Booking Process
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- License: Valid Qatar Driving License or International Driving Permit
- Visa: Must have a valid visa (for non-citizen)
Step-by-Step Booking Process
- Choose Your Vehicle
Select the type of car based on your needs: Sedan, SUV, Compact SUV, Van, Bus, or Pickup. - Select Rental Duration
Choose your rental plan: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly — and mention how long you need the vehicle. - Security Deposit & Advance Payment
A security deposit and advance rent are required before vehicle delivery.
You can choose from three options for the security deposit:- Cash Payment
- Post-Dated Cheque (PDC)
- Cardoo Facility (subject to eligibility)
- Agreement & Vehicle Handover
After confirming the payment, we will prepare the rental agreement. Once signed, your vehicle will be delivered.
Vehicle Replacement & Maintenance Support
We provide free replacement and maintenance during your rental period to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
🔧 How It Works:
- If your rental vehicle experiences a mechanical issue or breakdown, simply contact our customer support.
- We will arrange a free replacement vehicle as quickly as possible.
- For regular maintenance, our team will notify you and schedule service at your convenience.
- We also offer on-site assistance for minor issues if needed.
Accident Policy
In case of an accident:
- A replacement vehicle will be provided only after receiving the official police report.
- Excess insurance charges will apply, with a maximum charge of QAR 1,000.
- Any additional repair costs not covered by insurance must be paid by the customer based on the actual damage.
Important: Always report the accident to the police immediately and ensure a police report is obtained for insurance and replacement processing.
Return Policy
- Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as at the time of hiring.
- A vehicle condition checklist is completed during hiring or replacement, and will be used for comparison upon return.
- If any new damage is found, the customer will be charged accordingly based on the repair estimate.
- All dues (including rent balance, fines, or damage charges) must be cleared before returning the vehicle.
- The vehicle must be returned clean and undamaged to avoid extra charges.
Security Deposit Refund Policy
If you pay the security deposit in Cash or via Post-Dated Cheque (PDC):
- The deposit will be refunded after 14 days from the date the vehicle is returned.
- This period allows us to confirm that there are no traffic violations, fines, or damages associated with the rental.
- If no issues are found, the full deposit amount will be returned.
Please ensure all dues are cleared and the vehicle is returned in good condition to avoid any deductions.
